FINE FRENCH FOOD




















Yesterday I went to a cooking class for the first time in my life,
it was incredible delicious and interesting.
I will share this with you guys,
the most delightful Gateau Marcel


300 gram of dark chocolate
200 gram of sugar
300 gram of butter
2 dl egg egg white pasteurized
2 dl egg yolk pasteurized


Melt the chocolate, 100 gram of sugar and all the butter in a water bath.
Add the egg yalks when the chocolate, sugar and butter has melted and mix it all together firmly.


Whip the egg whites and 100 gram of sugar very stiff and mix it gently together with the chocolate fudge.


Butter a tin and pour a bit of fine crumb in the bottom of the tin.


Pour about 75% of the fudge into the tin and bake the cake for 30 minutes at 170* degree.


After 30 minutes take the cake out of the oven and put it in the refrigerator, the cake will tumble a bit..
Leave it there to cool a bit..


Add the last 25% of the fudge on top of the cake and put the cake back in the refrigerator again, leave the cake to rest for a little while. The cake is now ready to eat 


You might want to pour a bit of fine chocolate powder on top of the cake just before you serve it!
